· Prices may change at any time before a purchase is completed.

· Domain availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

DOMAINDEAR reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion before purchase.

4. Purchase Process

When you purchase a domain from DOMAINDEAR:

· You agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes.

· Payment must be completed using the available payment methods.

· Domains are not reserved or held without completed payment.

Once payment is confirmed, the domain ownership transfer process will be initiated.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways like PayPal, Razorpay, and Escrow.com. DOMAINDEAR does not store full payment card or banking details.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Taxes may be added where applicable.

6. Escrow Payments

DOMAINDEAR may offer buyers and sellers the option to complete domain transactions using Escrow.com or a similar third-party escrow service.

When Escrow is selected, the buyer's payment is held securely by the escrow provider and is released to the seller only after the domain name has been successfully transferred and confirmed, in accordance with the escrow provider's policy.

DOMAINDEAR acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to escrow agreements between buyers, sellers, and the escrow service provider. DOMAINDEAR does not control escrow funds, payment release timelines, or dispute resolutions handled by the escrow provider.

Any fees charged by the escrow service are the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller according to the escrow provider's terms. By selecting Escrow, users agree to adhere to Escrow.com's terms and policies.

7. Domain Ownership Transfer

After successful payment:

· Buyers will receive transfer instructions via email.

· Buyers are responsible for completing the transfer steps promptly.

DOMAINDEAR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party registrars or buyer inaction.

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and transferable nature of domain names, all sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if DOMAINDEAR is unable to complete the domain transfer due to an error on our side. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

Once ownership is transferred, the buyer assumes full responsibility for:
