The logos are shown only to demonstrate branding or design examples. DOMAINDEAR makes no representations or warranties regarding ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or non-infringement of any logos displayed and accepts no liability for any related claims.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on domaindear.com are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes, duties, or charges required by law will be calculated and added in checkout, as applicable.

3. Domain Name & Business Name Responsibility

DOMAINDEAR acts solely as a marketplace for premium domains. We do not guarantee that any domain name or related business name listed on the website is free from trademark, copyright, or other legal restrictions.

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting appropriate legal, trademark, and business due diligence before purchasing any domain.

4. Currency

All domain prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Buyers are responsible for any currency conversion, exchange rates, bank fees, or international transaction charges applied by their payment provider.

5. Domain Transfer Process

After successful payment, the buyer must provide valid account details for their chosen domain registrar to facilitate the transfer.

If the buyer’s registrar differs from the seller’s registrar, the domain transfer process may be subject to additional timeframes, verification steps, or restrictions in accordance with the policies of the respective registrars. DOMAINDEAR is not responsible for delays caused by registrar-specific procedures.

6. Domain Validity & Renewal

Domains will be transferred to the buyer while they are still within their active registration period, even if the domain is approaching its renewal date.

Once the transfer is completed, the buyer assumes full responsibility for renewing the domain and maintaining its registration. DOMAINDEAR is not liable for missed renewals, expiration-related issues, or loss of ownership after the transfer has been finalized.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOMAINDEAR shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims, or disputes arising from:

• Domain name ownership or usage

• Trademark or intellectual property conflicts

• Registrar delays or policies

• Currency conversion or payment processing issues

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of domaindear.com, the purchase or transfer of domain names, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.

9. Domain Reservation Policy

DOMAINDEAR may, at its sole discretion, offer a time-limited reservation option for selected domains upon receipt of a non-refundable reservation fee.

A reserved domain will be held exclusively for the buyer for the specified reservation period only. During this period, the domain will not be offered to other buyers.

If the buyer completes the purchase within the reservation period, the reservation fee will be adjusted against the final purchase price.

If the buyer fails to complete the purchase within the reservation period, the reservation will automatically expire, the reservation fee will be forfeited, and the domain will be made available for sale again without notice.

DOMAINDEAR reserves the right to decline, cancel, or limit reservation requests at any time and does not guarantee reservation availability for all domains. (NOTE: Reservation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and are not eligible for cancellation or chargeback.)
