Due to the digital nature of domain names, all sales on DomainDear are final. Once a domain purchase is completed, the transaction is non-reversible, and no refunds, cancellations, or returns are permitted.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that domain names are unique digital assets and that ownership is transferred exclusively to you upon completion of the purchase.

Exception – Transfer Failure

In the rare event that DomainDear is unable to complete the transfer of the purchased domain after successful payment (for reasons solely attributable to the seller or us), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Trademark or legal concerns discovered after purchase

• The buyer’s inability to complete the domain setup or renewal

• Registrar-specific delays or policies
